- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are the most affordable photobooth company in the Bay Area right now since we are fairly new! :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we arrange for availabilities, ask you if it is indoor, outdoor, what kind of event (to match props), how many hours, location, etc... then we confirm and I send you an invoice or have you book and reserve your date directly on our bookings page. I then ask you which layout you would like and have you approve designed template. I also like to tell customers know to text me with any questions or concerns at any time :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken classes in photography and computer tech :)
