I needed a staging company and knew no one in the San Jose area as I am working in San Jose from a few hours away. I went on line and contacted five stagers. Chanthy responded right away and was so professional and personable. I hit it off with her right away and loved her staging style (from her website). Chanthy knew our location and the target market for the area. She sent me a professional estimate and contract I could send to my sellers. I am so impressed with how she consulted with me on finishing touches on the remodel, always answered my calls and questions. When the day came for her to stage the house she was right on time and wow did she deliver! The house was absolutely gorgeous and I know having her on my team was a big part of our success! We sold the house in one day with a sales price way over our asking price. The sellers and I highly recommend Chanthy Bour and Calla Lily Home Staging!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payments are due before the project is complete or on the day of completion, we do not accept payments out of escrow or after the property is sold. Price is calculated by the amount of equipment used as well as the complexity and design of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go to the property to measure the space, take pictures, make a video, and discuss the project goals. We do this every time with new or existing clients. Then we go back to our warehouse and pick out the appropriate furniture, accessories, and artwork to make it just right. We watch the video with the team and go over the details of the installation. Basically, we love what we do and hope you do too!

ASP Certified Stager (2015) 28 years + of real estate sales. 950+ properties staged.
