In our company, the service call fee is $85. During a typical service call, we assess the issue, determine the final project cost, and proceed with necessary repairs. If you choose us for the job, the service call fee will be waived. You can pay using Zelle, Venmo, credit cards, cash, or check. Our team will contact you after your request via call or text during business hours to discuss all payment details. We handle a variety of appliances, including washing machines, dryers, cooktops, dishwashers, freezers, ice makers, ovens, refrigerators, stoves, and wine coolers. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer involves gathering information about the malfunctioning appliance and providing pricing details. Once we have the necessary details, we schedule a date to inspect the appliance. Additionally, we charge a $85 fee for the technician's visit and diagnostic assessment. This fee is applicable at the time of the diagnostic appointment. However, if the customer proceeds with the repair with us, the diagnostic fee will be deducted from the total repair cost. After the diagnostic, our technician will request a 50% advance payment for ordering any required spare parts. Upon receiving the prepayment, we proceed to place the parts order, and the standard lead time for parts delivery is 2-5 business days. Once we have the delivery date for the parts, we promptly reach out to the customer to schedule the repair appointment. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process, keeping our customers informed at every step and delivering high-quality service.
