I contacted Noriega’s Landscaping and they responded quickly. Came out that day to give an estimate, and came back in a couple days to do the project. They worked efficiently and professionally. We’re thrilled with their work, and would hire them again in the future.

I was looking forward to hiring Arby for some yardwork and then regularly scheduled maintenance after a larger cleanup this time. Arby rescheduled our appointment for an estimate at the last minute due to car troubles (which was totally fine and I appreciated the prompt communication). After recieving a fair estimate for both the cleanup and ongoing yardwork, we scheduled a time for him to come. He gave me an hour window for his arrival but never showed up or contacted me to let me know he was going to be late or needed to reschedule. About 25 minutes after that window I sent him a text message to check in but recieved no response. It is now two days later and I still have not heard from him. I certainly hope he is ok, but I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism to not even contact me back after not showing up to a scheduled appointment or contacting me to let me know what was going on.
