I used this company twice for demo work I needed done. First was for a kitchen and second time was for exterior concrete removal. I have been happy with the jobs both times and can always count on this crew to be clean and efficient each time. Will use them for all my demo needs and highly recommend them for any jobs you might have in the future

I wanted them to do a patio cover demo because I thought my patio cover was not connected to the stucco on the wall correctly, (spoiler alert, there were indeed holes behind the beam that connected the cover to to house, so that was the prob) but then he said he could not only do that, but also to fix the stucco once he removed it, oh and I found out he has a roofer and I needed a roof repair done so he combined in all of the work. Let's put it this way. It was cheaper to use his services to do the demo, stucco fix/waterproofing AND the roof repair than it was to do JUST the roof repair that I was quoted from a roofing only company. Awesome value!

I recently did concrete with one of the contractor found on yelp who has many star ratings, and they did not do a very good job. They literally poured concrete and covered the weeping holes of the stucco, which is against code, and it will create problems when you have a huge rain. So I reached out to Royal hauling and Demo, to fix this. They removed the concrete leaving one foot gap from the wall, which I am to cover with decorative rocks. He gave me a very reasonable price, on time and workmanship is really clean I will definitely recommend this company.
