We had an emergency during the windstorms and the few garage door repair/replacement services I called didn't acknowledge the urgency. Shawn by walking me through a few troubleshooting procedures on a video chat diagnosed the malfunction and even though it was afterhours he showed up and replaced the faulty springs . Very grateful thank you .

My springs were broken I called Shawn and he came to my home within an hour, gave me a very reasonable price and he was very courteous. I would hire him again and refer him to all my neighbors for their garage door needs.

I was very happy with the price I was quoted. The technician came very punctual and did an excellent job. What I loved the most was his honesty and how professional he was. I will refer this company to all my neighbors. If you need any garage door repairs definitely go with this company. There is too many companies out there that are not honest.
