I would totally work with Marco again! He showed up on Sunday for a consultation to finish our bare concrete floor, started work on Monday with his team, and had completed the work by Saturday (would have been sooner if we didn't lose power from the Eaton fires). The results were beautiful!

Marco, and his team did an excellent job on refinishing my parent’s home that involved professionally cleaning, polishing and/or re-grouting four bathrooms, five tile floor areas (kitchen/laundry and bathrooms) and the kitchen and bathroom countertops. He did an excellent job and they almost look like new again. There were handicap bars in a lot of the bathrooms. We removed them as part of a remodeling process. However, since we are keeping the original tile, we needed to make sure the holes were not only filled but also color matched so you can’t see them. He did an amazing job on fixing the tile. I had reached out to 4-5 other people to do this job. He seemed the most competent and affordable. There was notably also a “top pro” for tile cleaning on Thumbtack that I felt was also competent enough like the Floor Polish Guru (with the others lacking processes or equipment that made them not sufficient for my standards). However, their prices were significantly higher in comparison to what Marco quoted me. Marco’s process is similar and my opinion is that this top pro is overpriced. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work.

Marco provided outstanding service when he worked on our shower and shower floor. He was detailed in cleaning and grouting, ensuring every detail was addressed. He removed the old caulk and replaced it with fresh grout, leaving the shower looking like new. We had concerns about mold growing in some cracked areas, and Marco took care of sealing those spots perfectly. His attention to detail and professionalism exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
