- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
THERE IS A $60 DIAGNOSTIC FEE FOR TROUBLESHOOTING THAT WILL BE WAIVED IF THE CUSTOMER DECIDES TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. ADDITIONALLY, A $60 FEE IS CHARGED FOR ANY DECLINED ESTIMATES OR NON-REPAIRABLE ISSUES.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I TYPICALLY ASK FOR THE MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBER ALONG WITH A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. HAVING THE PART(S) REQUIRED AND FIXING IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME IS MY GOAL.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CERTIFIED HVAC TECHNICIAN, UNIVERSAL ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY (EPA) LICENSE, OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (OSHA10) CARD HOLDER.
