- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on request for armed or unarmed guards. Location can also be a contributing factor in pricing as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process includes confirming event hours and times as well as how many armed or unarmed guards are needed. A contract is then formulated and revised and sent to the client's email address. For the convenience of our clients we use an online signing process (HelloSign) for the contract. There is no need to print, just sign and submit as this program allows us to receive a copy once a signature is given by both sides. The program does, however, allow printable copies to be made by the client to keep for their own records.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aone Security's employees attend a security guard class from which they attain a BSIS approved California Guard card. Once received, they begin training on all site locations. Staff is available 24 hrs by phone or radio to answer employee questions and give them appropriate advice. If needed, I go there to help them out as well.
