- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are commission-based and that will be discussed at the time of signing an agreement to work together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can meet you at your property, at our office, or virtually. We usually go over our services and the agreements needed to buy and sell real estate in California. The consultation is free and if you'd like to move forward, we sign an agreement to work together, and we will be paid through the escrow process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our agents are licensed Realtors in the state of California. Samantha is a licensed Broker, and she also has a Bachelors and Masters degree. We also have a probate certified agent to work with those types of files. We are also certified transaction coordinators, along with consistently staying educated by attending courses on a regular basis.
