Owning a second home here in Truckee is a joy and pleasure but the to do list grows after each stay. Andrew responded to my call and spent the better part of today taking care of the list! We enjoyed meeting Andrew and again thank him. He was respectful of our property, knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done for repairs.

I have hired Andrew (Simpler Solutions) for all manner of tasks: simple hard labor - hauling and stacking firewood, labor intensive garden work (he always completes tasks far more quickly than I think it will take, and I ran a landscape business), technical work - "lacing out" my pine trees to allow seeing through them (keep the trees and allow views), technically difficult tree removals (climbing 75+ feet and sectioning a tree for safe removal), masonry (repairs to my flagstone stairs and planters), and even transporting me to out-patient surgery and bringing me home (regular hourly rate), and is always on time. Andrew impresses as a really great human (integrity) and everything he does reinforces that. Awesome person, great handiman. You won't regret hiring him

I highly recommend Andrew for a variety of jobs. He has done a wide range of tasks for us ranging from painting to assembling a complicated bbq smoker to fixing miscellaneous things around the house. Andrew is always very professional, does a great job, and is a pleasure to be around.
