- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the home owner asks me for ideas to prepare their home for the market. We put together a plan and work together to put the property in the best condition given the home owner's budget. I provide project management services by bringing contractors to the property who can help the property become market ready, by improving, updating, rennovating the property. Next, create value through the pricing strategy. We market the property to bring maximum buyer interest. We utilize technology to appeal to the widest base of prospective purchasers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated in Finance from Brigham Young University. Comprehensive training includes exposure to finance, legal, contracts, escrow. Licensed in Real Estate since 1979. Real Estate Broker since 1998.
