- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing starts at $28 per visit no matter the number of pet's up to 1 hour visit or 1 walk. Mr pricing changes if you need multiple walks and the drive is more than 30 minutes from me. I am willing to do a week rate if but it differs per client because no client is the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always enjoy chatting with a potential client through text and get as much details up front first just to make sure I'll be a good fit. Then I move on to chatting on the phone going over in more details about what the client is looking for. It's at this point I schedule a meet n Greet with the client so we both can get a better feel for each other. I like to get to know my clients and have them get to know. Both myself and the client need to feel comfortable with each other inorder for us to work together. I communicate with my client on a daily basis through text and sometimes adding pictures. At the end of the job I make sure the client has back whatever was needed inorder for me to do the job. I do like to keep in contact with my clients do that they know they can reach out to me again in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a AA degree in Criminal Justice and I did do some dog grooming training but was unable to complete. However my personal work experience is in customer service and retail management.
