My name is Chef Carlos and I have been a Chef/Executive Chef for over 20 years in San Francisco. I got my start under Michael Mina at Aqua restaurant in the city. I now reside in Tracy and love being able to create a private chef experience or caterings for clients. At Porras Solutions we love organic, fresh products and the quality that California has to offer. I would highly recommend Chef Carlos to cater any type of private event. We hired him for a private dinner party for my daughter's 25th birthday while we were visiting the Sonoma area. He and Donna were very easy to work with and helped with ideas for the menu. The dinner itself was outstanding - you will not be disappointed in the quality and presentation of his food. From the soy glazed octopus with coconut rice as one of the appetizers to the bacon wrapped filet mignon with wasabi mashed potatoes and miso sea bass with pickled cucumbers as the entrees - everything was soooo delicious. He was very accommodating with anything we wanted to add or change and for the value of what we got - you can't beat it. You won't be disappointed if you hire Porras Solutions!

Absolutely wonderful! Francisco showed up early, well dressed and oh so very helpful. Above and beyond my expectations. He was creative when we ran into a speed bump with the decorations and his innovation saved the day! He was willing and ready to serve, the chef and my guests. I didn’t have to worry about anything, I was able to just enjoy my party! It really made my party seamless! Thank you, Donna and everyone at Pooras Solutions for being amazing. big hugs!

Hired Porras solutions for an intimate multi course birthday dinner. And it was amazing!!! Carlo worked with me on the menu, the ingredients and the ambiance. Chef did not miss a beat! He let us guide him as to when we were ready for the next course and adjusted things along the way. The quality of the food, presentation and service were exceptional. Will hire again for sure.
