- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge a service call fee to show up and complete the work. All troubleshooting services are usually billed at an hourly rate. For installation and or repair work, once at your site we will provide estimate to complete the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have an initial phone conversation about the project and I will provide ball park pricing. Based on that, if you choose to have us come out we will confirm the scope of the work, finalize pricing and begin working on your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
An experienced union electrical worker for 25 years.
