- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I sell bundled packages for bartending, starting at packages for three hours. I also offer packages if the customer needs help with prep. (i.e. procuring items needed for the event).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to understand what the customer would like, what if the event is celebrating, if they would like a theme, what flavors do they like, and from there, personalize their menu.
