Ron and his crew did such great work replacing our roofs, we had them then paint our 2 houses. The did not disappoint.

They were on time and while work proceeded rapidly, quality was never compromised. They were efficient and thorough... There was quite a bit of work to do on wrought iron rails... Again, the work was done well! The biggest factor for one reading a review is TRUST! CAN I TRUST THIS COMPANY? My answer is a resounding YES! Leadership is ALWAYS top down. Ron, the owner, has done other work for us over the years and everytime he was, at once, responsive attentive and professional. He always added VALUE to the job! For example, we spoke about "elastomeric" paint. It's expensive so Ron suggested we paint only the west and north facing walls, the ones getting all of the daily & afternoon sun. Smart! It cut down on paint costs yet gave me exactly what was needed... The BEST protection at the best price! I suppose the best word is Honest and he made sure after the job was done to completely walk the job site with his "Supervisor" and critique the work thus covering any incidentals. Would I call on Ichi Ban again? YES! Without question!
Thank you Ron for being a man with integrity... You did more than called for and I appreciated that. You did the same thing when re-roofing one of our properties years ago.

I had my roof re-done 5 years ago: 3 bdrm, 2 ba SFR in Hermosa Beach, shingle roof. It developed a leak a month ago in our den. I could not reach the original roofer. Apparently they went out of business. A close friend gave a strong recommendation for Ichi ban roofing company. I gave them a call late on a Friday afternoon, and they showed up for an inspection and estimate the following Monday. Ron was very prompt, very professional, and quoted a very reasonable price to find the leak and do the necessary patch work. The repair was done in a single day the following Saturday, and it is holding strong from the recent rain test. I would highly recommend Ichi ban for any and all roofing needs. They truly are #1!
