My husband and I just hosted our wedding reception at Rosewood on Saturday, November 17, 2012 and we couldn’t be more pleased with how well everything turned out. We both wanted to take a few moments to express our gratitude and happiness in working with Bonnie Morgan and Jeffrey Kramer. Both of them exceeded our expectations and deserve recognition for their hard work and talent. The deciding factor was working with Jeffrey Kramer of Topanga Catering. Prior to the food tasting, Jeffrey called us on a Friday night and spent a full hour, collaborating and customizing the menu based on what we wanted. Jeffrey encouraged our input and was willing to deviate from his recipe to customize an appetizer that we wanted. He was also very generous in offering us complimentary food items to ensure that everything was impeccable in its presentation and taste. Our nearly 100 guests (as well as the both of us) were floored by the entire event from beginning to end. The appetizers went very quickly because everyone was so impressed with the food! In my personal experience, it is often difficult for the food to be good when prepared in mass quantities but Topanga Catering did not disappoint. The food was beautiful in presentation and consistent with the tasting that we had done in February. We loved how professional and friendly Jeffrey’s staff was. They hustled to get the food out on time without appearing too intrusive at all."

Jeff is my go-to caterer. Guests rave about his food, and the service is excellent. We have a unique property that has lots of outdoor cooking options. Jeff's staff is always excited to explore and make dishes to remember. I unreservedly recommend Jeff and his crew.
