Stacey is a professional, warm and compassionate person. She showed me some basics to yoga having been away from it for some time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to start or add to their practice. She is absolutely lovely and knowledgeable.

What a great experience with Stacey! She was knowledgeable in her practice and we enjoyed a beautiful (and challenging!) vinyasa flow for a small group of three. She felt like a friend I had known for a while, exuding warmth and kindness. She responded promptly and booking was easy. I highly recommend Sol y Luna Holistic!

Stacey Domingues is i an invaluable yoga instructor. I am a school counselor and she came to our school during the lunch hour and did yoga with the kids and they loved it! They keep asking when she’s going to return and we’re gonna have her come for the next couple months during the lunch hour. The kids were able to relax and reflect and be calm and distress. She is great with the kids and we also had her this week come to our Counselor Conference where she had the Counselors do chair yoga and sound healing at the end of our conference, and it was a beautiful way to end the conference. All the counselors enjoyed it were relaxed, and Absolutely loved doing yoga with her. She is kind, professional, brings her own items, and a joy to work with. Anyone would love her!

Stacey worked with a group of 18 teenagers that I coach and she truly did a great job with them. I was a bit skeptical about them doing yoga and finding it to be “silly” but the feedback I got from them was all positive. They all felt relaxed as she helped loosen them up for the second half of our season.

We started taking private yoga classes on the beach during Covid. Stacey was a first class find. While my husband was pretty new to yoga I had taken many classes over the years. Stacey had a gentle way of tailoring her classes to our level while also always pressing us to keep improving and strengthening our poses. She is a great yoga instructor and always responsive and flexible about scheduling and creating the type of class that we want. She covers it all and always leaves us feeling better for having spent the hour with her! We give her a high recommendation.

I charge $110 for 1-to-1 Groups: $140 for 2 $160 for 3 $180 for 4-5 $200 for 6-9 $250 for 10+
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk about your goals and background with yoga beforehand! Then begin with a style right for you! We will practice centering in through mindful breathing, then move into the body and heart space with fun and creative sequencing tailored for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, trained by Yandara Yoga Institute in Bali, Indonesia in 2018 in Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin! I’m also a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher. I am a certified Reiki Level ll Practitioner, trained by Allison Eaton, offering in-person energy healing, and online distance Reiki healing services.
