Humantality Counseling literally changed my family’s life, through all the ups and downs life will put anyone through it’s gets easy to fall off track and steered away from reality, it was amazing to have them on our side to help balance everything and put our priorities first.

I am so glad I came across humantality counseling! After having a newborn, she is the only person that was able to help me through the postpartum stage and everything else that was going on in my life! I’m so thankful for her and I would highly recommend her for anything and everything. She has so much knowledge in every aspect of life!!!!

I never thought about going to therapy until my wife finally convinced me. Once I actually made the leap to go ahead with the process, I was surprised to see that it was nothing like what I pictured in my head. Jane was very welcoming and kind. I was never comfortable talking to anyone about my issues especially with someone I never met. However, shortly into my first meeting with Jane I found myself feeling very comfortable and began to open up about a lot that I am going through. I guess keeping things bottled up inside isn't very healthy in the long run. She has been very professional and patient with me throughout. I recently got done with my third visit and can honestly say I look forward to future visits. I had a very negative perspective of visiting a therapist but am glad to say that Jane has changed that for me. I just want to tell her thank you for helping me with this process and getting over some things that were really ruining my quality of life. I would recommend her to anyone!

I felt that I needed professional psychological help.
I came to an appointment with Jane and realized that I had come to the right address. Thank you for helping to cope with my anxieties and worries, this has been bothering me for a long time, besides, I did not understand when and why it started.
Having completed a course of consultations with Jane, I not only defeated my anxiety, but also received the key to understanding myself. Of course, my life has not become cloudless, but at least I see in which direction to develop and how to seek support in myself.
