$195 per session
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will start with a musculoskeletal evaluation which measures your pelvic tilt and spine to identify imbalances in the body, and often the root of pain and injury. A range of testing and data collection on your body from toe and foot strength, to the top of the kinetic chain. I usually start with corrective exercises if you do not pass all the testing, then once we correct the compensation patterns we can load the body. The goal will be to create sustainable lifestyle changes through; proper eating & hydration habits, appropriate types of exercise & rest, breaking through limiting beliefs, motivation, and accountability. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
A love for sports, fitness and dance as a teen turned to strength training, eventually inspired by having a personal trainer myself in my early 20's!
