- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price according to the size of the job. Think of it as wholesale vs retail. The bigger the project the bigger the savings will be for our clients. It is important to have a realistic budget so we can work within your range and time frame.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial consultation - the getting to know you, your lifestyle and your space. We ask you for your goals and ideas, inspiration photos or clippings. These are all helpful to gain knowledge about your aesthetic. 2. Design phase - based on the initial consultation and measurements taken at your home we will create concepts, designs and space planning. 3. Design Development - Upon design approval by the client we begin the material and finishes selections. These are based on the initial budget set by the client. 4. Construction administration - we not only design but project manage from start through the completion of your project. We are here to trouble shoot any unforseeable challenges and find the best solutions for your space. 5. Installation - the final step of the process. This includes the scheduling, receiving and installation of all ordered soft goods, window treatments, lighting and furnishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rochelle has a bachelor's degree in interior design form the University of the Philippines. She worked in an architectural firm in Manila before moving to the US in 2006. She has worked as an interior design consultant for Ethan Allen worked for a local contractor company to learn about construction so she can offer a full design and build service.
