- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique. Based on project scope, we will define what type of technician and material you need for the greatest value. Sometimes it's better to have a journeyman on the job, for others a superintendent is required. Even for a small pressure wash, demo or handyman project. Depending on your commercial property needs. Depending on local / city regulations. etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our exterior work includes parking modernization— relocating, upgrading and improving parking including adding EV-charging. Our interior work maximizes occupancy via quality upgrades and repairs as tenants move in / move out and when remediation is required (including demolition, cleanup and restoration). Our design-build process includes three clear phases: - Feasibility: With the goal of documenting all client requirements, we collect specifications to accurately cost and schedule the project. - Design: Resulting in acquisition of all permits and permissions from relevant authorities, we oversee iteration of engineering drawings and architectural blueprints. - Build: With approved plans and permits in hand, we take charge of the construction process and all inspections along the way. Managing the process from initiation to conclusion: we coordinate subcontractors; procure materials; oversee construction activities; conduct quality control; initiate and pass inspections. Just as importantly, we transparently update clients every step of the way, every day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are OSHA compliant, with formal safety and training programs, Injury Illness Prevention Plan, etc.
