Every price on thumbtack includes windows, exterior and interior, tracks, screens window frames and sills. No uncharging. We enjoy our customer relationships and the fact that we are fully trusted with the responsibility of keeping their windows looking like new! With over 18 years of experience your windows will look like new. We take pride in our work and make sure every service is done right the first time. We go above and beyond all the competition When we arrive at each home we start by taking off all screens, then we power wash every exterior window, window frame and sill. After we power wash all screens. Next I use my water fed machine to clean all exterior windows. I come inside to traditional clean all interior windows, tracks, window frames and locks. To finish the job we install all screens back on the windows and walk you around to ensure your satisfaction. We also can power wash all patios, driveways, and awnings or aluminum shields.

Ian is a very reliable and professional window cleaner. He did a great job cleaning my windows. They are now sparkling clean and look brand new. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not up charge upon arrival! We offer Multi house and group discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we arrive at a new clients home or business, we greet the customer and then ask permission to view all exterior windows. After viewing the windows we then confirm the price with the client and shortly afterwards start the cleaning of all exterior windows with our machine. At the end of the job we clean up, and let the client know our job is complete followed with a review of our on-site work. We are proud to show you every window and track is always triple checked.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a part of the Window Cleaning Association, so I’m up to date on all the latest techniques and tools. I’ve also took classes from OSHA on roof climbing and safety of tile.
