David and his team were awesome. David was very responsive throughout the whole process. He was great at listening to what I was looking for and then engaging our people with great questions to elicit responses that made for a very cohesive and genuine video. He and his team were very professional and from minute one I felt comfortable that this was going to be a great process with an excellent end product. We were so pleased with the videos that we ended up with. To complicate things, we had a very tight deadline for the project we were working on and David hit every milestone right on time. Have a good conversation if you can with the professional(s). Developing understanding of product/purpose/vision and what can and cannot be done is so important. Set expectations up front as well.
