Great rate and professional move, I was moving from a 3 bedroom apartment to a 4 bedroom house. Everyone else quoted me a lot more then these guys.

Thank you guys so much for helping me with the my moving. At first I hired a company that was very cheap, long story short they never showed up. I called these guys on the same day, they showed up in like 40 minutes with 2 big trucks! I was surprised to see them arrive this quickly in a short notice lol. They did a very professional job not a single thing broke. I highly recommend them!

I hired 3 guys with their truck. I thought my job will take 8-10 hrs to finish they finished it in 7 hrs 24 minutes. I was surprise how fast these guys were working, this showed me that they are an honest company who won’t take advantage of a customer.

Really great services!!! Professional, courteous and best of all Arrived on time which is not common for Moving Companies. Customer service was great! After calling other Moving companies in the area with higher ratings, I was very disappointed with a lot of moving company’s customer service and seemed like they don’t care about customers/unprofessional with attitude and answers to scheduling questions. We were under a tight time frame and started searching for other alternatives hoping we find a moving company on time, till I came across Jet moving and storage. Initially we were still skeptical about Jet moving and storage due to the experience we had with other Companies, but when we called to clarify moving price and items, they were very prompt and knowledgeable even reminding us to check for elevator reservations with our building, which we weren't aware of. Then we called their customer rep James, who was excellent at handling customer services and professional. He was very prompt answering my questions and providing reminders. Now onto the movers, great guys, respectful and professional! They came on time in their uniform and were professional in estimating actual amount of items to be moved. They were very fast!!!! Amazing!!! and to top it, no damages to my belongings :-) Not to mention when we arrived at the destination and needed some extra help (a big and heavy package) moving our personal items that weren't part of the move, they were very professional that they helped us move the item very efficiently. We appreciated them very much and they deserved a good tip! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends! Positive experiences not just with the movers, but customer services as well! Good job and thank you guys!

The worst experience I have ever had with any company. This company is a ripoff please do not waste your money or your time you will be highly pissed off. Owner is a bad business owner who pays his employees hourly and under the table so they milk the hours that they are on the job so he can over charge you. I could go on and on about the bad business he conducts but I will do it on Yelp and file on Better Business Bureau.
