I contacted mark to replace my exterior decorative shutters on the second floor of my house. From the beginning, Mark was very patient with me as I had issues with FedEx misplacing my order. Mark showed up on time and we discussed the process. Then he completed the job in a couple of hours. I am very pleased with the end result and highly recommend him.

Mark communicated with me everything and we exchanged notes, problems, and pictures of the project. He gave me a quote based on those. We had to get the stuff so we set up a time. He came, we pointed out the things we want done. He worked diligently and had us check if everything was fine. He even retouched the paint and cleaned up. Overall, we are really happy. Mark was very pleasant, respectful and we’re so glad to have met him.

$75/hour plus materials or formal bid pricing for permitted projects-I give discounts for anyone able to save me time by thoroughly specifying their project with design, dimensions, colors, textures using pictures, plans, measurements for their estimate or bid and who have the materials & components for their project on site at the time when they arrange a time for me to initiate their project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Correspond and question customer by phone, email or on site. Evaluate the job as it may need a bid, design, plans, building permit, or invasive inspection at a fee. Discuss & agree on a price. Complete the project to their satisfaction and receive my compensation for an excellent job completed promptly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AS in GIS & Automotive Technology. BS Environmental Studies & Biology. PhD Chemistry working toward one in Atmospheric Physics. Worked 8 years as Studio Artist in Ceramics, Glass, Metal, Wood.
