Markus was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend him! He reached out promptly to communicate on coordinating a time to come out. We needed a number of outlets switched out (they were 20 years old, worn and some with issues). He worked so professionally and efficiently and was gracious enough to be flexible enough with his time that we ended up fixing seven outlets, and all were done perfectly over a few hours time. He communicated any issues he encountered and showed us the status of things so we could understand the issue and let us know how things should have been done when the house was originally built. I felt safe with his recommendations, expertise and his warm and informative communication throughout the process. I would gladly refer him or contact him for any electrical work in the future.
