Wow! What service - Vern really is top in his profession; clearly knows exactly what to do, handled the job quickly, efficiently, professionally, and neatly, and is a truly nice person, too, Others had advised the job would be complicated, expensive, and involved opening the wall, but Vern found a way to make it less invasive and less expensive. Not only is he technically an expert, but his troubleshooting capability is excellent - and he has a great personality and good attitude.
