- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will beat any price, that's a fact , as it is we have flat-rate prices for the majority of services. Customers don't regret having tried us out!! Rarely Some jobs, depending on what it is, some must be charged by the hour,however over 90% of work is charged. A LOW (flat-rate), PRICE , (even if the job takes longer) Our New customers are always pleased with our service and super low prices that don't keep going up .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We identify their problem, provide our expert advice, and go from there. We're always happy to work for someone new, and eager to provide the services they desire, at the fairest, and the most reasonable, best prices, guaranteed.i
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a plumbing company in my teen years, which is where I initially became interested, and began to learn. in 1980, I was hired at the. Riverside/San Bernardino franchise of Roto Rooter Sewer, Plumbing and Drain Service. This is where I really got an education on Drain Cleaning, I had seniority for a few years then in '85 started clog-busters sewer & drain service,and acquired accounts such as the city of rialto parks dept.p.d.and fire stations. sizzler,restaurants,del tacos,several large apartment complexes ,management company's and also serving many return residential property owners,helping them out, for many years.
