- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have worked out any questions the customer has regarding the class. We will submit an invoice to them verifying the services provided and how much the class will be. Our instructors show up 30-45 min early to introduce themselves and get the class and materials set up for class.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a full time Firefighter/Paramedic for over 10 years. I have performed CPR in real life in many circumstances. I have been a certified American Heart Instructor for over 6 years. I feel my team and I are able to give realistic situations with our training and experience to our customers on what to do before during and after 911 comes to your aide.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with Doctors, Nurses and Medical Assistants in many doctors offices, Personal Trainers for gyms, babysitters for child day care centers, Senior Living Residents. Firefighters re certifying and Police Officers looking to renew their CPR
