- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always try to be as reasonable as possible with travel expenses kept in mind. I tend to require a standard %50 deposit down to lock in the date and time for each desired event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to get an idea of the type of event they are putting together. Moving forward we then discuss any particular songs, artists, styles, or genres they would like for their event in order to make it the best fit possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 18 years of singing experience, 8 of which have been professionally. I have about 5 years + of professional piano experience.
