Machi and Aharon represented the company very well. Going through a bathroom remodel can be very stressful, but they kept me well informed through it all. Their crew did an exceptional job from start to finish and Im very pleased with the end result.

After a long search on Contractors we found Concierge Home at the OC home show. From day 1 we knew we had found the right contractor for our job. Machi from Concierge was friendly, honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Those are just a few words to describe him and the company. But the best part- is the work they do is outstanding. My new bathroom looks and feels amazing, and we could not be happier. They are artists when it comes to tile work. Saul who did most of the bathroom work is literally the best in the business and we were lucky to get him on the project. Machi, our contractor hit every date he told me they were going to hit and kept me informed anytime a situation came up. (You never know what's behind that wall...). We were able to text or call him 24/7 and always got quick responses to my questions.One last thing- which is not normally talked about with this kind of work- is they are pet friendly. They never asked me to take my small dog outside while they were at our home- and they became part of the family. That was not true with many others we met with.They may not be the cheapest-but they were also not the most expensive. But for the quality of work- I was happy to write them checks along the way as they delivered 100%. Definitely give them a call.

Machi the project manager arrived to our house, was very nice and friendly, showcased the product and materials to be used in the project and went in depth over everything. Machi gave us a competitive price, and we went with his company.Along the way, there was a problem that was taken care of right away to my satisfaction. The communication with Machi was excellent- explaining each step of the process how everything will be and keeping us updated in the progress daily.I would recommend Concierge Home Remodeling and Machi in particular.Thank you for taking care of our roof.

The team exceeded all of my expectations and their fabulous work. The manager, Vlad, was exceptional in all of his details and very courteous. He kept me updated about the project all the way through and visited when I needed him for advice. He helped me paint my entire condo and install carpeting over existing wood flooring. I would recommend asking for Vlad if youd like the perfect contractor.
