Michael was quick and professional. My fridge was making noise the most part of the day. I called for Michael to help with repair. It took him 2 minutes to identify it was fan on the back bottom of the fridge. He did the repair in 20 minutes. To get the part he had to ask me to wait, as the fan was working and it was not an emergency repair. He said the part was no longer made, so had to get substitute new one. Now everything works well. I don’t have noise anymore on my kitchen so I am happy. Thank you
