We hired Scott for our teen homeschool dance. Scott was so easy to work with from the very beginning. He responds to any messages quickly, arrived to the venue on time with everything prepared, and, most importantly, played great music that kept the kids dancing for 3 straight hours! We will definitely be hiring Scott again for future dances and parties!

We hired Scott to DJ our annual Halloween Party. It’s a family party with ages 8-80 and he kept the party hopping with his playlist, managing to get teenagers out on the dance floor with their parents. Even better he was great to work with, responsive and easy to work with. He arrived early to get his system set up. We will definitely hire him again for next years party!

This was my first time using ThumbTack and I was super nervous to hire any vendors. I was so impressed and I had to say I’m very lucky to be able to book Scott. He’s super responsive and answered all the questions. What I liked the most is that Scott showed up on time and well prepared. He played all type of genres and requested playlist. He’s fun and also very polite. Superb equipments and well cleaned table and even had his own table cloth. I can’t wait to work with him again. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is $100 per hour plus a flat $150. If there is more driving I may add $50. I have a minimum of $450. So for example: 3 hours - $450 4 hours -$550 Weddings start around $850
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing is communication, and getting on the same page about what type of music is needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I book and promote dance music events, I produce music of all sorts, and work for the biggest live music company in the world.
