- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sessions range from $80-$90 depending on frequency and how many sessions are purchased at a time. An initial assessment and consultation is the best way to find out what you need and which package fits you best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first week or so is spent evaluating how clients move during different exercises in different planes of motion to fully understand the client's movement patterns, strengths, weaknesses, and develop the best way to accomplish your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a fully certified personal trainer since 2014 and a certified strength and conditioning coach since 2016.
