Kubanych is hard working, skilled and patient electrician. I hired him for re-doing electrical wiring for the entire house along with the panel upgrade. He did very good job at both tasks. He removed the entire old wiring, suggested electrical wiring plan and redid the wiring, outlets and lights. The work took him more time than he had originally anticipated, but at no point did he rush, always ensuring the quality of his work. The only critique is that there was a slight communication gap at the start, but he is constantly improving his English. He is also very knowledgeable about HVAC system, although he didn't work on HVAC in our house. I would recommend him without any reservation for electrical and HVAC work

Hired him to help install a new water heater for us cuz our original one is over 15 years old. He is very professional and helped us think of better ideas of how to install it properly. He came to our home three days since we had some issues in the middle, he is very responsive. Overall good experience and reasonable price.
