Hired him to help install a new water heater for us cuz our original one is over 15 years old. He is very professional and helped us think of better ideas of how to install it properly. He came to our home three days since we had some issues in the middle, he is very responsive. Overall good experience and reasonable price.

I was in need of an emergency door repair, and Kubanych responded immediately. I described the problem and sent photos. He was able to do the repairs and even added a new kick stand for the door and adjusted our slide latch so it aligned properly. His work was outstanding and relatively inexpensive. I had gotten a few quotes beforehand from other companies that were double what Kubanych was charging me. I could not be happier! Thank you for the beautiful work!
