Jose and his team did an impressive job tackling a complex bathroom project. My husband and I hired them to remove the bathtub and replace with a walk-in shower. The walk-in shower required his crew to add in tiles and a shower niche. They also installed new air fans and a light fixture. From start to finish, Jose was sincere and responsive. His colleagues, Jesus and Alex approached their work with attention to detail and provided high quality workmanship. I have already told Jose I would work with him again on more projects and let friends and family know about your work. Thank you, Jose.

We hired Olympus Custom Homes (Jose, Jesus, and Jose2) to remodel our kitchen and do house flooring. They did a great job. They were punctual, detail-oriented, and professional. They were very creative in finding solutions for tricky work. Jesus was exceptionally good and would not rest till he achieved perfection! They made all the finishes impeccable. I would definitely hire them again.

From the initial bid through the process and up to last minute hurdle, Jose and his crew did a great job. The work happened quickly with the crew showing up on time for each workday over 3- day period. Even though the budget was stretched a bit, any issues were quickly sorted. Highly recommend

We needed repair work done in our full bathroom. We read about JC Construction of Sunnyvale while looking at the website ThumbTack. They had great reviews and pictures of their work. When we called and left a voice message with Jose, he called us back within an hour and arranged to meet the following day for an estimate. Jose and Marco arrived and it didn't take them long to discover that what I thought was a small water leak in the wall, was much worse and would require a total rebuild of a wall including tile, bathtub removal and possible the sub-floor. Jose called me back with a reasonable estimate and said it may take 2 weeks to complete the project. We agreed on specifics and a crew of four arrived a week later to demolish our existing bathroom. The first thing the crew did was completely cover the floors with taped heavy cardboard all along where they would have to walk through the house. They also put up plastic to keep all the dust contained in the work area. The guys were all polite, considerate, clean & friendly, hardworkers and cleaned up every day before they left. Marco also did a couple other things for me while he was there. Jose met with me & my wife to help shop for tile and flooring options at a couple of big builder outlets in San Jose. The total project was completed in 9 days and came out beautiful! We definitely recommend JC Construction and I'm sure we'll contact them again for our next project. Skip & Cheryl Cupertino

1st is speaking on the phone, get an idea of what the project entails, meet and greet the client, discuss in more detail of the project, I then create a spreadsheet with an estimate of the job which includes the days of completion and the cost.
