FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive with other DJs, but they are fair and reasonable. You get quality sounding music, dance lighting, wireless microphones, and MC all included in my price. I like to create custom playlists tailored to the clients needs, and I take requests ..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I'm contacted, I'll ask questions and answer questions the customer may have. When hired I'll get a good contact phone number and email, to discuss any further details and answer questions. Then I get some information from the client to draw up a contract. I then sign and send it to their email. I then discuss music requests and event details that havnt been addressed. If its a wedding , I try to get a timeline of events as they occur , names of persons i'm announcing, toasts ect.. Weddings are more involved with different music selections per events happening within the wedding. I always show up early to every event, run a sound and lighting check, before the event even starts, covering all my bases. Finally I make sure the customer has the best experience ever!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Music theory and structure. 10 years of open format DJing
