- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing for service calls rate : $75 minimum (This price is just to come and take a look at the job and determine what needs to be done)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to get as much information as possible regarding the issue and to better assist them. I will give them all of my professional help that will help them with their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school diploma, and went to trade school for further knowledge needed for my occupation.
