- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a weekly and via weekly discounts. We also offer multiple service discounts meeting if you get a standard cleaned it out on a couple of services you get a discount. Standard Cleans are pretty straightforward - pricing wise, The base price plus any addition of services. And deep cleans can be a little bit more itemized in terms of cost. Depending on added services, square footage, (if we were doing walls and baseboards) and if there’s more than 8 windows interior/exterior that were cleaning, that would then be an added service On the flip side, if I price it for a “two bedroom one bath” that we think will take 3 hours but we are done in 2 and it was easier then we expected, we charge you less. EVERYTIME! Our pricing is always low, and always fair.

What’s included in a standard ckean, a deep clean, and a move in/out clean? What’s the price difference? Does sq footage matter? Is an eviction clean different than a move out clean? Do you have supplies?
