Stanislav is a great troubleshooter, even on older rather complicated home entertainment systems. He rather quickly located the problem, identifying the component that had failed, helped me order it on Amazon, ensuring it was exactly to the proper specifications as it is a rather outdated component. He will come back to install the new unit as soon as we receive it. Very friendly, professional and a good value for services rendered.

Stanislav is excellent! He was professional, prompt, highly qualified, knowledgeable, attentive to details and friendly. My boyfriend had to working at the allotted time, and I was hesitant to remain present at the installation by myself, but he quickly made me feel comfortable. Stainislav secured my property quickly and at a competitive price. He removed a preexisting lock and installed a new door lock, security camera and sensors. There was an unexpected issue since the frame of my front door is metal, but he quickly found a practical solution. He also patiently gave directions on how to operate and maintain the system.; and cleaned up the packaging material. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a superior security service provider.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimate on site when you want me to provide both equipment and installation. $150 minimum for small install projects when you provide e.g 1-2 Ring devices/cameras/doorbells/thermostats/alarm sensors/smoke detectors/any smart home automation devices or any sort of repairs/troubleshooting/configuring etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You'll enjoy it, I guarantee. You'll become a repeat customer immediately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master’s degree Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics. 7 years growth from installer to lead engineer in local security company. 2 years experience in one of the biggest security companies in London. Business owner since 2019 in the same industry: electronic security systems. Over 13 years in security industry in total. Bunch of certificates from international brands as Hikvision, Brivo, Paxton etc.
