- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge based of the square footage what needs to be cleaned, but we also offer a first time customer deal which is based on a fixed fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quote setup (in person or online). 2. Setting up a date and time. 3. Meeting at the project are than setting up preparing the surface and the tools for the job. 4. After completion we ask for a quick check for customer satisfaction. 5. Discuss a payment method that convenient and works for the customer. 6. Optional online review after completed job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has undergone extensive training in pressure washing techniques, safety procedures, and customer service. We are up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices. In addition, we regularly participate in industry workshops and seminars to further enhance our skills and knowledge.
