I was visiting my Mother and staying in a room they don't use. During the rainstorm, I noticed a profuse window leak into the room. I called Anderson to get a quote for a new window and they wanted seven thousand dollars. For a bedroom window. I took a look outside and I saw cracked caulking, so I found and contacted Dmitry based on his great reviews. I was only in town two more days so I needed to take care of this ASAP. After sending pics, He came out the next day, on time and fixed it in 1.5 hours. His price was lightyears better than Anderson, and he offers a 5 year warranty. I was able to fly home with the peace of mind knowing the window was repaired properly. I cannot say enough great things about Dmitry. We will definitely call him again when we need him. Thank you Dmitry!!

The recent storm revealed a major leak in one of our home's windows. It was leaking down into the floorboard and into the basement. Posted a request to OptiMax and Dmitry responded almost immediately. He showed up the next day exactly at the time agreed upon, identified the problem based on photos I had taken and his inspection of the window, and provided a fix and repair. He even fixed part of the wall under the window where the water bubbled up the paint. We also asked him to fix a broken lever on a backyard faucet on another day. He showed up again at the time promised and replaced the item. Dimitry is punctual, knowledgeable and reliable. He is repectful of my property and leaves the work area clean. I would hire again for other jobs.

Issue with water and window was not sealing correctly. Dmitry was very quick to respond, arrived on time, and did an excellent job with the repair. I would use Dmitry for this and other handyman work.

I recently bought an old Victorian, with its original, rope and pulley windows from the early 1900s. I wanted to get them serviced and had a lot of trouble finding someone who would do the job for a reasonable price. Dmitry responded to my Thumbtack listing and he’s been great! Very knowledgeable about the old hardware and mechanics, easy to schedule and offers reasonable pricing. I’ve already recommended him to my downstairs neighbors and would absolutely recommend him to anyone else with an old house that needs repairs!
