Appointment scheduled for 10a. Didn't show up. I texted and they said another 40 minutes. I told them I had to take my daughter to school and would be home in 45 minutes. I texted them again 45 minutes later when I arrived home and no response. I'm unclear what happened but an hour after that he got in touch with me, apologized and came right over. He was very professional and thorough. I had found a neutral wire issue when I replaced a light switch and wanted him to figure out what was going on and fix it. He came over and confirmed that something was screwy so he went up into the attic and found that the previous installers had installed the bathroom fan without connecting the neutral wires (unsafe) or venting the fan to the roof. He connected the neutrals and then rewired the gang so everything was properly wired. While it was a bumpy start, I'm still going to give him 5 stars for his professionalism, thoroughness and work quality.
