I know what it feels like for fitness to be important to you, yet it feels like an unattainable goal. I’ve had many trainers with a wealth of knowledge in my life yet they all lacked something that seemed to be the most important key to any successful transformation…follow through. For some people, it isn’t knowledge that is holding them back, but a dependable personal to hold them accountable to the goals they set and follow through to your vision. For others, you might feel like your fitness is to difficult to even begin. After helping set and achieving goals for people for almost 20 years, I’m eager to take the skills I’ve learned to help others reach what has for long seemed unattainable. Whether it’s a number on a scale, that special piece of clothing in your closet that has never fit right, keeping up with your grandkids, or the confidence to look in the mirror and see the person you know you can be, I am here to walk each step with you and achieve that milestone. I highly recommend Jose with Never 2 Late Fitness. From my initial inquiry he contacted me immediately. He has been very flexible and accommodating with my schedule. I was not sure what to expect since Personal Trainers are known to be intense and demanding. Jose arrived and he has been a pure delight to work with so far! I feel very comfortable with him and he is understanding of my abilities since I have not worked out in a few years. He has such a positive attitude and presence about him. I've had to take a few days off from training due to a lower back strain, and I miss the workouts already! Despite the setback, I've been reflecting on my experience with Jose, and I have to say, he's making a real difference in my life. One of the things that resonated with me was his promise to help change my mindset, and I have to admit, it's happening. I'm feeling more motivated and focused than ever before.
