I highly recommend Jose with Never 2 Late Fitness. From my initial inquiry he contacted me immediately. He has been very flexible and accommodating with my schedule. I was not sure what to expect since Personal Trainers are known to be intense and demanding. Jose arrived and he has been a pure delight to work with so far! I feel very comfortable with him and he is understanding of my abilities since I have not worked out in a few years. He has such a positive attitude and presence about him. I've had to take a few days off from training due to a lower back strain, and I miss the workouts already! Despite the setback, I've been reflecting on my experience with Jose, and I have to say, he's making a real difference in my life.
