- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
there are standard prices to our processes, but each job has its variations and its specific conditions as well as the owners expectations and budget. Wood Pro has always been flexible with its customers and provides the service at a reasonable price so the customers feels comfortable to pay for the services provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer is interested in learning more about wood pro, they respond to our bid, and usually it takes a personal visit to the job site without cost to customer to asses the job and discuss what the customer needs and expectations are. once this is done a verbal estimate follows. if agreed, we then proceed to formalize the agreement in writing stipulating all the details of the job and expectations of the customer as well as payment conditions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am in constant look out for the best water based products, and innovating processes. plus 15 years of experience in the wood working business, from furniture design, manufacturing and installations. Always looking for the quality and customer satisfaction.
