I wasn’t even thinking about getting my vents cleaned until I saw a post from a woman promoting her business on a Facebook group. Her business seemed a bit suspicious after I tried contacting her so I decided to try Thumbtack for the first time. After noticing a bunch of lint coming from our dryer vents, I knew we needed help fast. I found Clean Vents based on their great reviews and gave them a call. By far, this turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made for the house. Jesus, the owner drove a long way to help us and really took his time to clean everything thoroughly. He explained the process as he worked and we learned so much. It turns out the previous owners were smokers, which explained the weird smell we noticed and that was not disclosed in the sale. He cleaned our air ducts, dryer vents, and even fogged the system, and we instantly felt the difference. He replaced the bad screws with new ones on our vent covers too. After he left, we received photos and videos of the job and I sent them to my mom. As renters for many years, we never had to worry about this because the landlords handled it every year. Now we realize how important it is. Jesus was professional, knowledgeable, funny and so considerate. He put in the effort to ensure everything was done perfectly. I couldn’t recommend him more. Clean Vents was my first Thumbtack experience, and I’m so glad it was with Jesus. Thank you beyond words can express!

I had a exceptional experience with Jesus . . . he arrived on time; was very professional ; explained the whole cleaning process; cleaned and fogged the ducts, vents, furnace and bathroom vents. My house smells fresh and clean. Thank you Jesus, you did it all in 2 hours. I will contact you again.

I’m so grateful we found CleanVents! I used them for dryer vent cleaning (and redoing the exhaust connection), chimney cleaning, duct cleaning, and bathroom cleaning. Jesus was quick to respond, very thoughtful, reasonably priced, professional, and went above and beyond to help with a couple special situations we had! Exceptional firm and we will definitely use them again to keep ducts and vents clean in the future!!!
