Stephany is amazing! I was in a pickle as an out of state landlord. My tenant moved in and was NOT happy with the condition of the unit. I contacted Stephany and she was immediately responsive. I booked her to come first thing the next morning. She did an excellent and thorough job. My tenant was incredibly happy and could not stop singing her praises. I give fair and competitive prices to all my clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an overview of their home and I let them know what area of their home I will start with. When I am done cleaning I ask them to please review my work and let me know if I missed anything. I like to communicate well with my clients to make sure they are satisfied with the results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years experience in house cleaning and commercial cleaning, through my experience I have knowledge on the expectations our clients need and I’m here to deliver excellent service.
