A job well done is more satisfactory than a quick and cheap job... even if it costs a few dollars more at the moment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best thing is to listen to what the client wants and find a way to make it possible by letting them know the process and the cost...always at all costs, professionally speaking, you have to do a satisfactory job for the client, nothing is more satisfactory than getting what you pay for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in many positions in the labor chain, from pick and shovel to reading the plan...they all left me something.
